At CARAMELLA, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
